Liverpool Away

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Liverpool Away

Post by shimmy21 »

I have got a ticket for the away game on Tues 21st. I have a week off work so want to spend Wednesday up there too but I can't find any cheap hotels.

Is anyone else going and staying there - which hotel are you staying at that is cheap etc? All the standard ones such as holiday inn, premier inn, travel lodge all are fully booked.

might be quite a few doing this as there are no trains back to London after the game & also people won't be fucked to sit for 4 hours on a coach that will drop them off at the grove and then have to fork out for a cab home at 2 in the morning.

Thought i'd put this here rather than a new thread.

A girl went to the doctor, she was in a terrible state. She told him that she couldn't get any sleep at night because she could hear a whispering voice. "A whispering voice?" the doctor asked.

"Yes, coming from my fanny" the girl told him, "it keeps saying Liverpool are going to win the league". "Oh don't worry about that" said the doctor, "a lot of stupid c**ts are saying that at the moment".
