where's the f@u&kin police

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

where's the f@u&kin police

Post by CPHANMER »

Am posting this whilst on the bus going home from the game. I am still in shock that there was hardly any police at all outside the ground after the match. Straight after FT i headed out towards the north circular. I witnessed 4 chelski c@%ts punch some 60yr old arsenal fan in the head as well as some wannabe chelsea gangsters try 2 start a fight with a couple of gooner teenagers who were minding there own business. I knew there would b trouble as soon as we were held up in a queue with those glory hunters. I mean £7.20 4 a pie and coke, £5 a programme, 88,000 people paying more than £25 and they cant even get enough coppers. Theres more at our place when we play fulham .

Totally agree with you the police had a shocker outside the ground, it was all kicking off going back to Wembley Park.

Although most of it was just gobby fans on both sides getting mouthy.

I asked a copper when I came out of the tube which way it was to the Hilton as I meeting a mate there for a beer.

He told me he didn't know so I said as a joke 'I thought there was once a time that you could ask a policeman where anywhere was and they would know' - he then asked me what I did for a living, I said what has that got to do with things, he said that he would ask me a stupid question to see what my answer was. He then said he wasn't getting paid for doing this extra shift which is why he had no sense of humour.

What a cock.

Absolutely Rob - how the police can endear themselves to the public with an attitude like this god only knows.

I was walking back towards the tube station with that massive crowd, and there were hardly any police around.

I must say though, while walking back we gave those chav *word censored* loads of abuse, our support was terrific walking to the tube station, those *word censored* were so ssilent, 2-1 and you still don't sing!
