Cesc charged by the fa for improper conduct

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

has anyone else always felt this was going to happen, even though there seems no case to answer? Phil Brown's teeth must be gleaming today.

just seen arsene. He looks right cheesed off with this. Anyone know of any precedent in these cases if he's found guilty? Fine? Banned games? At this stage not sure if it's for the alleged spitting or the aggressive wearing of a leather jacket on the pitch...

It does not matter if there is a precedent the FA have their own little Arsenal rule book that over-rules all other FA rules

Why  ? It's only in the league, they cant ban him from CL games. He may well have been rested against Boro anyway & at least he'll be back for the Utd & Chelsea league games.

But as a matter of principle the whole thing is a pile of *****!

I hope that petty bitter xenophobe *word censored* Brown is happy now

and to be fair to the FA they probably have to be seen to do something over the fact that Cesc came on the pitch especially as Hull made a complaint about it - but surely a warning or at the most a fine would have sufficed, one match is OTT but two is just  :banghead:
