Sticky.....Ins and outs

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Post by mrgnu1958 »

Spudd"y is this a good idea?

If so..
INS
1........Arteta or flamini midfield.
2..2 centre forwards (Tevez)
3..2 centre halfs.

Outs. RVP and Adebayor
Denilson maybe Nasri OOPS! nearly forgot Diaby
Kolo and Djourou.
IMO Fabregas will leave for Barca aswell

Definite outs will be Ade and Gallas. Possibly no more.

Impossible to predict Wenger's recruitment plans, but he would never in a million years re-sign Flamini, or any other player who has left us. Just not his style.

I could imagine us just buying one experienced player, at centre-back. Plus a bunch on 18 year-olds with potential, of course!

Your talking rubbish, his first season in english football he has scored many goals, in many important games.

Wenger is playing him in a new position to what he is used to. Nasri is a far better player than walcott.

Do you not remember pires first season with arsenal?

Or how reyes first played when he came?

To get rid of him after one season get real

Yes let's get rid of RvP,Ade,Nasri,Diaby,Denilson,Gallas ffs do you want us to have a team next year? Get some sense Nasri has been excellent this season, his work rate has been class.Something that couldn't have been said about Pires who was a lazy player, thing was after his first season bobby got goals.

Nasris has been inconsistent, but he is a high-quality player, and will improve for the Premier League experience next year IMO.

There is no point in trying to compare Nasri with Pires. Bobby was unique player, and we could all watch the Arse for the next 50 years without seeing that same kind of goal productivity from a wide midfield player again.
