Nah, it was trying to catch a Flight to france for a World cup came on which he was commentating on. A fan asked him for his autograph but it was all a bit rushed as Arsene was running to his gate.

But your right, he wasn't the worst signing by a long shot.

how the hell do you fuck a keeper over? We have a goalkeeping coach, you know. Worked perfectly well for Lehmann and Almunia and will hopefully as well work with Fabianski.

Wright just wasn't very good. Manninger was a better keeper, but lost his form for several years and is only back to his best this season.

Yes and they are the words of the goalkeeping coach at the time, Bob Wilson!

Wilson has said openly he thinks Wenger ruined the careers of Wright, Manninger and Taylor!

How do you lose form for several years????? I think that counts as being shit doesnt it?
