As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
i was in a sports shop mon and overheard a lady lookin for a spurs shirt for her son,, the assitent said sorry but we only do the big clubs,, the lady turns to me and says ,, my son got money from his uncle in london for his birthday to buy a spurs shirt as said uncle was a big spurs fan,, wat should i do,, been the good samaraton that i am i told her to get the arsenal shirt as they are the closest team to spurs in london and the uncle would be happy as it still was a london team,, and she did,, new arsenal away shirt for her son ,, name on back and all
Come to think of it, I don't see any Spuds shirts for sale in my local shops, Hackney and Highbury.
I was in a shop buying a football the one in the market near angel / upper street in highbury and some kid came in asking for a totenham football the guy behind the counter just looked at him like he had insulted him, and told him we don't stock that sort of thing, not much call for it (as he was inflating my arsenal football).

Rebel, you are a genius!! Pissed myself laughing when I read the story!! It is true, isn't it? Please say it's so! Please! Please!
If it is true, then you truely do deserve a Knighthood; and a seat on the Board, and free drinks at any Arsenal supporting establishment - at the very least - in honour of your achievement!!
Anyways Rebel, it probably saved on a phone call to the NSPCC in the long run, because if forcing your child to wear a spurs are shit..er...sorry - force of habit, I mean shirt isn't cruel, then what the fuck is?
