What about this for a stroke of luck?
Had to help my brother in law empty a house he lets as the tenants had moved out. What did I find? 67 porn films (including the critically acclaimed Doc Macock) and £200!!

the tenant, i found out today, was in fact a she!! Sadly, she apparently fell from the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.
