Does Wenger Have More Money To Spend?

There seems to be a difference of opinion between the various Online Gooner 'financial experts' as to what the real amount available to Arsene for transfers is. Either way, will it be enough to help Arsenal seriously compete with the other members of the big 4 and big spending Man City this season?

even though i'm not a financial expert myself (not even close to that), i do have an mba, and this last article seems pretty coherent, and brilliantly well written...

i'm really optimistic about our future, and completely backing arsene wenger's and the board's policies.

beating man city and chelsea WITHOUT a sugar daddy will be delicious like it would be beating the spuds with 8 men on the pitch.

The only worry is that we got no idea where the money goes, really. We should be quite well off but I fear that somewhere someone is making a lot of money out of Arsenal.
