Toure's going!

Post by 123456arsenal »

All the newspapers are reporting it. He's apparently going to citeh for 14m. If he goes I think that would be the end of the invincibles.

He has a year left on his contract and would miss 6 weeks for the ANC.£14m seems a good deal to me.But we have to spend this and the Greedy money.

I think on the face of it we should sell

£14 million good money for a player we have had the best off, personally I would keep Gallas of Kolo

However as we all know, squad is too small to let one of our more experience players go, also will we sign anyone better??

i would like us to break bank for lescott (unlikely with city sniffing around, or Upson (AW wont sign him back)

Would be sorry to see him go but it doesnt really matter who we sell and for how much because the money wont be used to spend on the squad. We are a selling club and might as well as get used to it.AW has a project  and hes not going to deviate from that.I feel sorry for you guys on here who pay alot of money to go to games week in week out and to be treated with such i cant even find words to describe the way things are at the club :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

14 million is a good price for Kolo. Great bloke and great servent etc etc but he is past his best.

But if this is a one in (Tommy V) and one out (Kolo) situation then it is a fucking disgrace. We must reinvest this money in the team. And the Greedywhore money.

would not sell him to city, say what you want about barndoor but he had to go but kolo will make one of our main rivals defensivly stronger and we will struggle enough without helping them out...tell them to f**k off he aint for sale

£14M SELL HIM!! Thats silly money for a defender who i believe is not actually good enough anymore! Its a great deal, im hoping it is true!

If so, i would hope we would sign another centre half

i saw us linked with a few people over the weekend

Kalou, which i would be pleased with

Cattermole, Which i suggested a while back and everyone hated, but i think he is decent

and Vucinic from Roma, who i also think is pretty decent, they are all Arsenal type signings too, not massive names but good footballers, that could be bought to fit our style of play
