What Will Our Lowest Crowd Be This Season?

Post by I Hate Hleb »

Given the apparent difficulty the club are having shifting Season Tickets and the like, what do you think our lowest crowd of the season will end up being (Premier League matches only), and against which opponents?

53,000 - 54,000 ish I reckon.

A bad start, plus crap opposition in October/November = low attendances. At least they'll put loads of competitions to win free tickets on Arse.con

There were games last season when there were 3-5 thousand empty seats. So it is going to be even worse this season. Is West Ham still a Cat A game? if so what a fucking joke

Crazy, isn't it!

I guess Man City will be promoted to cat. A eventually, too  - after all, I'll be suprised if it's not the fastest selling cat. B game of the season, to be honest.

they will just fix the attendence like they always do so expect 60000 every home game even if we all still see 5000 empty seats

I reckon 52,500 against Blackburn in October cos they never bring any fans and it's a dull fixture against a dull team. The club's propaganda department will say that 72,921 fans turned up to watch.

You beat me to it, they brought about 100 for an FA cup tie a few seasons back.

The club will maintain nothing below 59000+

In reality I can see 52,350 sometime in the season
