THe greatest moment IS Anfield 89 anyone who was there or watched it on t.v will never have experienced another game like it. It still sends a shiver down the spine when you hear Brian Moore"s "It"s up for grabs now" commentary. I remember my late dad shouting at John Lukic to kick the fecking ball in the last minute, instead he through it out to Dixon and the rest is history.

One minute-One minute-One minute

Great pic Stats :D

Cygan was player of the season i think  if cygan is worth 2m then Senderos must be worth 10m  sell him to Sunderland they seem to splashing the cash 9m on a goal keeper :o  this goal keeper must be able to keep clean sheets and score goals or somthing special like that

Cheers guys
Cygan did really well last season with Villarreal & got player of the year over there Bobby said in one of the matchday programmes
I'd laugh my head off if all the money Keano is spending is going come back with fuck all
He's had it easy so far as a manager & hope he suffers this season is the prem
Number 1 spot should be deleyed for a year & see if the CL we'll win might be top

Seeing as we're talking about moments here, I'm sure the greatest moment has got to be Anfield '89. There is no doubt that the 49 unbeaten run is the greatest achievement in the Club's history, but not the greatest moment.

Tony's spot on there.

The 49 unbeaten was 49 seperate moments and looked like it was coming anyway.

1989 was a 'moment' and was a bolt from the blue.

Arsenal hadn't won at Anfield since 1975, hadn't even gained a point there since 1980. Liverpool were unbeaten since Jan 1, hadn't even looked like losing from Hillsborough onwards, hadn't lost at Anfield by two goals since Feb 1986.

The odds were totally staked against Arsenal and grabbed it right at the end.

This is the greatest 'moment' in English league history, let alone Arsenal's!
