I have heard many opinions about Wenger's approach towards buying new players and building new, young team with vision, being also loyal to the club's tradition. Well I am not so sure about the tradition anymore, we won't be able to keep up with the money and the pace of today's Premiership, especially when there are more outside people with foreign money coming in. I don't want and never wanted Arsenal to become a new Chelsea but the manager's activities are a bit strange. I understand that He doesn't want to have many players over 30 but this new conctract nonsense for over 30 is just not paying off. We've lost experienced Pires, God knows why Campbell is gone, and what do we give in return? Too young, inexperienced players who cannot compete with the likes of Chelsea, Man U or even bloody Bolton bullies. We need a quality striker, who in the absence of Henry can score goals week in, week out. Yes, there's Adebayor but sometimes it's not enough. January proably won't change much, hopefuly we will win something this season!

no chance this season
not until our back four is sorted and we stop giving away silly goals ( did it again today
)
we need to turn these 1-1's this season into 1-0's next season then we will be very serious domestic challengers.
the team is progressing in leaps and bounds, so winning the CL may still be a possibility, as will 3rd in the prem.
