Saturday's attendance???

We all know the club will announce it as 60,000+ BUT what does everybody think the actual number through the gates will be on Saturday v Stoke?

There were at least 10,000 empty seats against Standard Liege - I can see ther being 20,000 empty on Saturday!

Arsenal website says its sold out....that means nothing I guess?

Then why would they not try to sell the ~20,000 seats by offering them low price to general sale?

This is the BIGGEST mystery of all...

Arsenal are basically saying that:
For the Standard Liege game at least 10,000 tickets were purchased (either as part of a season ticket or as a single game) from the club for an average price of Â£65 and those people did not turn up...

That's over half a million pounds worth of tickets that people could not find a home for... i.e. friend, neighbour, buyback scheme...???

It just doesn't make sense... the value of the empty seats on Saturday could top Â£1million!!!

There is no mystery! it makes me laugh the amount of people that go on about how low the attendance will be! The place is generally always packed! If you think there will be 20,000 empty seats then your are very deluded!

Im fairly sure there wasnt 10,000 seats empty, thats a 6th of the ground, do you realise how big that actually is? and to say a 3rd of the ground will be empty against Stoke is ridiculous...im willing to have a massive bet you are wrong about that! The place will be almost full as usual

yeah, I'd say 58,000 bare minimum.

There are about 40,000 season ticket holders, about 2000 stoke fans. Even if we didn't sell a single ticket to silver/red/jg members, there still be less than 20,000 empty seats.

I have a friend who is the head steward for the South section of the ground... he tells me the gate count has been below 50,000 at least five times this season!

I dont believe that...sorry but i dont...you seem to be far too much of an expert on everything... 'im always down at underhill' 'i have a friend who is a steward' blah blah...the fact is there will not be 20,000 empty seats...im fairly sure you dont even believe that yourself!

Seriously - I will be looking at each section and roughly estimating the empty seats - I'll happily post an apology if it's anywhere less than 10,000!
