SAGNA CROCKED SWISS PHIL PULLED UP LAME!

Post by gus ceasar is a legend »

So then......

Who wants to tell me now we aint a tad low in numbers
?

Swiss Phil nobbled himself before the game and the Flamini nobbles Sagna!

I'm gonna take my boots next week as may just get a game!

I'm no worse then Song!

Serioiusly now though this is getting daft! If we want to be a dominant force it is never going to happen with Flamini playing in midfilked or rihht back as he is now nor will it happen with Bert playing centre half!

Djorou going to Brum on loan is now looking like a very very poor decision!

Just like many of us feared only last week!

Agreed.

It's tempting to say I told you so, but that may appear smug.

At least Djourou will come back with relegation battle experience

... the day i put Sagna in my Fantasy Team at work too!

Another week floundering at the bottom of the league. I may re-name my team Man Utd.

If we get in anybody for defence, get in a loan as we would then end up with 5 cb's or four right backs if we add anyone there permanently. I'll wait to see how long they are out but my immediate thought is Eboue/Flamini at right back (not sure if Eboue is fit) and Song at cb if both are out for a game or two, get in loans if out of weeks.

Song at centre back............. do me a favour!

Im wooried when he is on the bench let alone anywhere near our goal!

My Doris has just said "is he mental? Song is shit!"! :o

I do not want to start up old rows but that is frankly disturbing!

I would prefer to recall Djrou or loan players in if we have Sanga and Sendros out for more then a week, this is merely a stop gap.

Surely Wenger will feel he has to dip into the market now.

Is there a sort of call-back clause in Djourou's loan deal?

and I am since I didn't think we would lose Sanga as well so cutting out 3 out of 4 of defenders who can really play there. I would have preferred him staying for the rest of the loan but circumstances have changed

Oh Gus, thank you and your wonderful Doris for making me laugh non-stop for a full five minutes!!

Magic Hat,

Come-on mate. You're in danger of being made to look a fool by Gus's Doris!! (

Although to be fair to you, Hoyte can play the centre half role and has done so for both the reserves and England U21's. Whether a club of our stature should be so reliant on emergancy solutions like that remains a moot point with a few fans, but the majority think not!

"Sagna had a kick in the back, Senderos has an ankle injury. He did it in training on Friday and did not pass the fitness test. I think both will be okay for Tuesday."
I am relived.
