Arsenal in pictures

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Ok
Back in 1992 the old North Bank was knocked down to make way for a new stand that would go with the Taylor report & during the building of the new stand thoughtout the 1992/93 season mural was designed to cover up the building workwhich was a new idea which worked well i think lol
The faces prainted on there was off all fans but a complaint from someone telling that so & so black supporters go to the Arsenal each so someone then had to paint over a certain ammount of faces on the mural
The mural is not with Arsenal but with a Yank i hear off
Bring the mural back
This is a short version of the story lol

I've actually got a part of this in my house. I think my mate won it in an auction, then gave it to me! :D

the mural also had a curse no one scored in the mural end for about 8 games woooo. It also had speakers behind the mural and microphones in front of the Clockend!

My favorite Mural memory has to be the day the Parachuters came down before the 1st game of the season one over shot the target and went behind the mural to cheers and taunts of "are you perry in disguise"

thats enough Mural stats for me
