Yeah walcott looked good at times, and a good assist but then would follow up a good move by losing the ball, also nice to see dudu off the mark.

All you can say is"job done" I think!

Swiss Phil still tried to embarass himself but thats to be expected!

Clichy looked absolute class!

Oh and the Doris says Manuel needs to get his roots done!

Yes 3-0 it may have been it it was against a lacklustre second rate side!

Soon as Arsenal scored it was job done and lets get back in the changing room for tea and medals!

Given the way Sparta played, we could and should have gone to make it a thrashing. Possession football has it's place but only Dudu, Senderos for a peroid (can't believe I said that) and Walcott provided any attacking threat as the others didn't seem to want to go for 2 then 3 then four. Think it might have lifted the confidence of a few players if they had been able to get onto the score sheet.

Rebel you are a legend, but there is no such thing as a bad 3-0 win.Considering our best player was rested till 20 mins to go i thought it was a very professional performance. And Cesc showed his class when he came on.

The big question now is what does Wenger do now about Lehmann after his two game "rest". Almunia has kept two clean sheets in both games. It could be the end for Mad Dog Jens

Plenty of positives last night:
Clean Sheet for Manuel and the defence.
Diaby back to fitness (if careless at times)
Edu off the mark, and generally looked impressive.
Walcott terrorising the defence at times, looking closer to a final ball.
Tomas not hitting the keeper with the ball, and going for that net-thing.

Job done I think. Not brilliant but I was really disappointed by Prague, they just didn't turn up (team and fans). I think this was why the ground was flat for the majority of the game, normally even if the atmos in the ground isn't great you've got 3-5,000 away fans and that always stokes up the home support and leads to more regular noise. It was all a bit patchy last night, but its understandable, also the game was played at Friendly pace and intensity.

Group stages it is, draws today..give us a good one!

I thought it was a nice easy game (even though AW says "there no such thing as an easy game") that was about as easy as it gets, all the hard work was done in the 1st leg.
For all you fan saying it was boring, well maybe if Arsenal had gone one nil down it would of been entertaining, but if we had gone one nil down you would be complaining   so make your mind up  :D
