generalisation?? All these russian billionaires got rich by stealing stae owned companies during the fall of the soviet union - That is fact! Why do you think Putin is after them all??

sure this is an OTT reaction, goonerjim .. I am sure you know nothing about this guy or his intentions ... I am sure u are aware that crooks or bad people come in alal colours and from all nations ...

That is actually a generalisation. Sorry, but it is. I'm not saying this bloke hasn't got rich by being a crook, but I'm saying that he may well have made his money legitimately and my views on it aren't going to be swayed by a racial stereotype that is endorsed by such bog rolls as The Sun, Mirror, Express and Mail.

The rise and fall of the Soviet Union and the riches of such oligarchs is a topic which is much, much deeper than, 'oh all of these fucking Russian billionaires are only rich because they're fucking crooks'.

Also having now clamed down from my initial rant - this company will now hve a seat at the boardroom table (Dein??) also whats to stop Kroenke selling his shares to this company and joining that comapnies board aswell..

Anybody have any ideas as to why he did n't sell the shares to Cranky? He was supposed to be in bed with the guy, which was why he got shafted in the first place!

Could be he is now going to go off to some other club - there were rumours about Newcastle before....or he is just intent on f....g us up.

Have to agree with the preference of being owned by Cranky, who at least is a real sports fan, rather than another f...g Russian looking for a toy to play with!
