Block 111 Man Utd
Anyone see the punch-up in Block 111 (East Upper) about 15 minutes from the end of the game? Couldn't work out what it was about. If it was Mancs then they'd kept quiet for 75 minutes. Quite a few got involved, some serious punches were being dished out too - one bloke seemed to go down the steps backwards on the end of a right-hander. I sit in Block 110 so couldn't tell the cause - anyone?

The replies to this thread are exactly why the likes of me, Tony Saunders, Dicko etc are not seen around here much these days. Believe it or not, most of us in the East Upper have been fans of this Club for decades. My Dad saw his first game in 1950. So don't make posts to try and make out that your better fans than others because you stand up and sing or some such.
I've no doubt we should all "fuck off and support Chelsea" as well because we sit in an area of the ground that is not particularly vocal.

It was a couple of rows behind me but I have no idea how it started. I just saw the stewards run up the stairs and as I looked round it was all kicking off. There was a young guy in his teens involved who appeared to have been on the wrong end of a slap as he was shouting "you're brave hitting a child" and there was quite a few people pushing each other about but I've no idea what started it. I dont think it was mancs though. Would be interesting if anybody could shed some light on the situation??

The female steward and black guy who stand on our block both went up as soon as it filtered down to where we were. Although by the time they realised something was up as well as me it appeared like it had filtered out, the kid in question walked down and was taken put by the female steward and the black guy stood there hoping not get a slap. As I said that was the first I noticed it when they went past me and I'm next to the stairs, the female steward didn't even go all the way up and agree that once there the black guy didn't want to know.

Yes, alot of these rows are now between ourselves, I saw another row, (no fisticuffs though) between our own fans near me, alot of it, is to do with the slagging off, of our own players, and then some other fans taking umbridge to this. One guy was escorted out by the stewards, then the friends of this fan then take the argument back up.digger wrote:The more shit we become, the more common infighting will become....
