With all the talk about next season's shirt design, what's everyone's favourite Arsenal shirt over the years?
For me, the red and white shirt with round collar from the 70s and early 80s is the ultimate.
But I love the gold one we won the '79 FA Cup in, too.

Yeah, I really liked that striped socks thing, too, Gnuy.
It goes way back to Herbert's time apparently, as he thought the players would be able to recognise each other in a kicking ruck (or something ).
We did it again in mid 90s and I thought they looked really cool.

I hated those silly white rib stripes on the Invincibles shirts, though.

We've often stuffed up decent shirts with silly little extras, imo.
Still, for really ugly shirts those Admiral outfits of Sp*rs, Man u and Norwich in the 70s took some beating!!
