cesc talked to madrid?

cesc talked to madrid?

Post by myarsenal »

firstly hi everyone new to the thread,
just read in the eveing standard that cesc has admitted talking to madrid in the summer hope it`s not true . if it is, do you think madrid and cesc will be in trouble for tapping up ,like the cashley cole case. madrid also say he`s agreed to go to them in the summer ( whitch he denies) i know he`s gunna go back to spain sometime but not yet .

Welcome on board, mate!

I hope Cesc didn't speak to those whores during the summer. Maybe it was just them tapping him up? I'm sure we haven't heard the last of this one... :?

Watcha Matey
I have a feeling he'll go sooner or later as he doesn't seem to be a player who can settle down for life at a club
I know thats abit mean to say but i think he knows he's great & with Barca & Real in for him now he will be tempted away
I hope he is loyal as he is good for Arsenal

This is news that came out in the summer and i think the club gave him permission to talk to Real Madrid so no tapping up involved.

Im sorry to say it but its looking more and more likely he will leave next summer and already i can see we are gonna have another summer of misery reading everyday in the papers how he is going etc etc you know what its like.

Whether he will go to Real Madrid is another thing as he used to be a Barcelona season ticket holder not sure if players worry about these sorts of things.

Whatcha guys think, it's all about biss. and Money is the key, today some teams have mo money that we can dream about, all this dirty buisnies mans involved in football, i stringly beleive that mutch of the games they buy, including games in premier league.
As for Cesc he is very soon gone, he is good but as for an commitment i can't rate him more than Reyes.

Arsene was livid that RM contacted Cesc. Unless I've missed a big part of the summer, no way did Arsenal give the go-ahead for the approach.

When are we going to take action against Barca and Real who constantly tap up our players? These clubs have no class, and Real wouldn't even be here if the state hadn't rescued them.

Why is it they think they can bid 5m for Reyes? Has someone moved Arsenal to Eastern Europe?

Then again, we did let Henry go to Barca for 16m. Give them an inch...

I would like to see us stand firmer against Madrid and Barca.

However, sometimes it seems players and their agents don't exactly discourage this kind of "pre-emptive" approach. I'm not suggesting this is what happened with Cesc, I just think clubs and agents very much cloud the waters and you can't tell who is being straight. With regards to Cesc, the next 3/4 years with Arsene then....

If he does have the influence that it looks like he will, then I'm sure we will all be stunned by this player. And at the same time, it won't stop me on the odd occasion after a shit performance, calling him a useless ****!

The joy of Cesc!

Personally i think in order for us to be a truly big club we should be resisting these offers with all our might - in fact we should be unsettling Barca and reals best talent... put the shoe on theother foot as it were.
Bojan anyone??

Yes he will go Barca but not in the near future, I think he knows he owes alot to Arsene and will stay aslong as he is at the club.
Plus i think he is very happy here at the club and is settled in london.

Cesc well be here until 2013 me think, he will be 26 and still young enough to go Barca and be a big player.

IT IS INEVITABLE THAT CESC WILL LEAVE US TO RETURN TO SPAIN AT SOME STAGE IN THE FUTURE - ALTHOUGH HOPEFULLY NOT FOR A FEW YEARS YET. HOWEVER, IF HE DOES LEAVE SOONER THAN EXPECTED, I HAVE FAITH THAT WE HAVE HIS REPLACEMENT ALREADY AT THE CLUB.

AS FOR BOJAN - YES PLEASE!! 8) HE MUST BE THE MOST IMPRESSIVE YOUNG PLAYER I HAVE EVER SEEN IN TERMS OF END PRODUCT. THE GUY IS AN INCREDIBLE PLAYER WITH FANTASTIC ALL-ROUND ABILITY, AND AS A GOAL SCORER HE IS PHENOMINAL!! HIS FINISHING IS SO CLINICAL AND HE SCORES ALL TYPES OF GOALS, FROM ANYWHERE ON THE PITCH. 8)

CARLOS VELA AND FRANS MERIDA ARE EXCELLENT PROSPECTS AND HAVE A BRIGHT FUTURE, BUT IN MY OPINION BOJAN IS EVEN BETTER AND THE TOP YOUNGSTER (UNDER 18's) IN WORLD FOOTBALL. PITY HE IS AT BARCELONA AND NOT WITH US.

AT SOME STAGE COULD BE JANUARY OR NEXT SUMMER, DEAR FRIENDS.
SO I WOULD RATHER FIND AN REPLACEMENT FOR HIM, BECAUSE HE IS SPANISH AND THEY CANT BE COMMITED AS THE REST OF THE WORLD, I REALLY ILKE HIM AS A PLAYER, BUT CAN SEE HIM STAYING WITH US MORE THAN A YEAR OR TWO MAYBEE.

AND IHH, WHO IS BOJAN?????

Barcelona youth striker who is fookin amazing. like i said if we are to be a truly big club we should be buying other big clubs potential and not selling our players to them

i think he'll stay for longer than people give him credit for - i reckon he'll be around to lift a trophy with the team. His commitment for the club is 110% and we know that he is a great fan of mr wenger, so dont be surprised if he's here for 3 seasons or more. Wenger know s when to sell a player, and yes we all know cesc will eventually go but he isnt just goin to think fuck it and piss off.
