usual thread starter… Okay, a bit of a flight of fancy this one, but an interesting thought. If Usmanov cannot takeover at Arsenal, he will be happy to leave with a fat profit on his investment and he does believe the club is currently undervalued. My guess is that he’ll sell up by 2012 if he fails to buy enough shares to take control. Most Gunners would prefer the current board to resist the roubles. As for David Dein. You think his stock is low now amongst the fans… imagine if he did pop up at the Lane! Isn’t going to happen really is it?
Oh and the usual warning about pieces with the words of oppo clubs in the title. If this shows up on the newsnow Spuds page… you know the rest. I’ll let you know if it does so those that can spare the time can put their work on hold for the rest of the day. Battle stations lads… (not forgetting our feisty laydeeez)
Would David Dein ever consider Spurs? (12/9)

pleased to report that as things stand we seem to have slipped under the radar. so an afternoon of civility after all. the neanderthals might be entertaining but by christ they could clog up the forum if there are too many of them at one time...
