FFS, the stupid people who run this website should take responsibillity and quit.. Hopefully the "Arsenalisation" won't skip the official website.

As i see it

He played for Arsenal and therefore like any other player deserves to have his season reviewed. So many think he is crap, the thing is he was a squad member and therefore like any squad member has achieved something none of us have.....played for Arsenal. It would be disrespecful for the player to not be reviewed....

I can sum him up:-

A player who was brought in by Wenger because he was:-

1) Cheap
2) French
3) Overrated

Given a 2 year contract, even though, it went against the clubs rules (during which they ditched Pires even though he wanted the same sort of deal)

I hate him, a 'player' who can't fuck off quick enough imo, (Oh yes, he was shit even when he was in his 'prime')

Thought he had a good game near end of season when he played as left back.
Runs his own charity so seems like a decent bloke, but he was bought as "backup" and never really seemed fit enough for long enough to find any real sharpness and escape that tag.
Reckon hiscontract will not get renewed.

Fucking manc pile of shite, right down there with Jeff Blockly and Gus Ceasar as far as I'm concerned and he can't be fucked off soon enough. The blue nosed scottish twat certainly got one over on us there by selling him to us, now if only Wenger could have convinced them to buy Stepanovs

Maybe I've missed something here, but what's the problem Daniel?

If you're annoyed because the club acknowledged Silvestre, then I think it's YOU who have the problem. It would be a total lack of class to ignore the contribution of a squad player just because I few fans don't like him.

I can only imagine I've misunderstood your gripe, though.

Season review- goal at Wigan but did fuck all else! Won't forgive him for the slice that set up John O Gay at utd for the champions league seminfirst leg last season.R

My point is that some of our players had a very good season, yet we get Silvestre as the main story for 24 hours (still counting).

He's gonna leave this summer, he played a total of 12 games in the league, he's not liked by most of our fans.. I think he's a pretty bad choice to start the player's season reviews section.

I think Arsenal.com is being run by people who have no connection to the general feelings of the fans. It's a site with a lot of potential in it, but it needs a general makeover..

i really dont see a problem here with this, pravda need to fill a front page every day so every player will have his season review i expect.

as for the website itself well its the clubs mouthpeice so theres really not a lot they can do to make it better and dont ever expect anything controversial.
