Just logged onto the ticket hub to see if my position on the ST list had been updated & noticed that my red membership is no longer showing on there, despite them taking my renewal money at the beginning of June.
Now, as Members Day tickets are now on sale shouldn't I be seeing that as available to purchase on the hub? I can't. Can only purchase the General Sale Emirates Cup matches.
Anyone else got the same problem? Has it resolved itself for anyone or do I need to phone the dreaded Arsenal customer service department? I don't wanna come to the point where new season tickets come on sale & find I can't get one because some clown hasn't pushed the right button...
Seriously, the admin side of our club is a f*cking joke.
mate ive had so many problems with the admin/customer service. The only way to get your point accross is to send a recorded delivery letter to ivan worcell (think its spelt right) head of ticketing.
I was calling arsenal for 18 months solid to find out about my season ticket place and they fucked up my application last season. The second i send a letter recorded delivery they called me right back.
When I tried to register my hubbys silver and my JG for members day the system said I had no valid memeberships.
I rang the box office and it took half an hour, but eventually they told me as the memberships were paid by DDM, although the funds have cleared they hadn't registered on the system.
They manually put through my members day application. My ST was fine.
Hopefully they will also sort the memberships out as I wont be able to buy tickets on them!
my season ticket waiting list place hasnt changed, and like yours my red membership is not showing even though they have taken the money. although, i have been able to book my place at the members day.

I think it is Worsell not Worcell.
Same for me, they said they were in the process of sorting out memberships and season ticket waiting lists, they said my DD membership had been paid and everything would be up on the system in time for the first league game.
Guess it's not just me then. Wasn't all that concerned about members day but so long as it's all sorted by the time tickets for the league go on sale then it's all good...

This bit below isn't worded all that clearly to be fair, d'oh! I meant tickets for games next season as opposed to season tickets/gold memberships
I don't wanna come to the point where new season tickets come on sale & find I can't get one because some clown hasn't pushed the right button...
