Goodbye Eduardo

Big shame it had to end like this but it had to happen I'm afraid. He's clearly not suited for this league and after his injury even more so. Has looked a shadow of his former self since the leg break, lost a couple of yards and his confidence in front of goal. As a player he's finished imo so in a footballing sense this is the right decision although I can't help but feel sorry for him. :(

Thanks for everything Eddie and good luck for the future.

I really hope not, if he does go I hope its on loan to get his confidence back.

He is a really good striker but that injury fucked him out.

No real surprise there. Was a passenger last season. We need to get a new striker in as the back up to Chamakh and RVP is Bender and Vela  Now lets get Almunia and Denilson out the door

Goodluck Dudu, sadly there isn't any justice in this world and the thugs have won in this case.

You would have been immense :barscarf:

Wouldn't have minded keeping him for one more season. Love the guy & was desperate for him to find his form again, understandable decision though really.

Thanks for everything!

Its such a shame, I was there on his come back game against Cardiff - sang his name for 90 mins +.

A true man to look up to, he fought hard to wear the Arsenal shirt after what happend.

Good luck Eduardo da Silva.

He is truely not the same player he was before the thugs got hold of him

I hope he gets his mojo back, even if it's at another club.

Will be sad to see him go....Best of luck Eduardo :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:
