i Tunes Help!

Can anyone help please! The App Store on my i phone wont accept my password for some reason. i Tunes is blocked at work so I cant go in and change it that way, does anyone have an e-mail address that I can contact apple on to request them to change my password?

just turn it off then on again.....THIS practice has always come up trumps for me :D
