I've read a lot of newspapers and watched a lot of TV this weekend and there are some journalists/pundits tipping us to win the league this season. Not a f***ing chance. We will be with Liverpool battling it out for 3rd/4th place.

I don't care if we get Scharzer or Shay Given as they will get no protection whatsoever. AW will probably go on about the amount of possession we had today but how many chances did we create??

When Koschiely got injured before half time I said 'Right Arsene, who do we have to come on????' Answer... No One.

Sorry, I'm a bit pissed but we deserve better and we're not getting it. Just paid £66 plus flights accomodation for the Bolton game and we are seriously being sold short.

These people are people that remember all that the previous comment just said - the trophies, the style of play, the class, the loyalty, the commitment - that AW has bought to Arsenal.

He's making (in my opinion) one or two BIG (as in fatal for our title chances) errors at the mo, but he's still a legend.

This thread is the definition of knee-jerk, if you ask me.

His mistakes now, don't wipe away the previous decade - and all Arsenal supporters realise that - even those that would prefer he moved on.

But in response to the OP.. I could never hate Arsene Wenger, he's been managing that club as long as I have been a fan (I'm only 18 ) so I wouldn't know what sort of impact another manager would have on the team..

Don't get me wrong. I love Wenger and what he has achieved for us but I would love it even more if he would acknowledge his faults and do something about them. Look at Liverpool today. Defensively they looked really solid whereas we didn't.

Sorry, I am a bit pissed now but I can't see how anybody looking at our defence today can look forward to the season with any optimism.
