Most probably either David Hillier or Paul Davis - Schwarz never wore that kit as he joined the season after we stopped using that shirt.
O'Leary was normally always a number 5.

I would guess it's Hillier.
The man who truly trailblazed a unique style of central midfield play.

Mickey Thomas had gone by then, and as said already, Schwarz hadn't joined. Paul Davis was winding down, so I'd also guess it was the genius that is David Hillier. I think his understudy (now there's a humiliation) was Ian Selley.

just bothered looking at the kit and if memory serves me well it was the 93 cup double year. it was pre squad numbers so anyone in center mid could of wore it so back then it was Morrow Selley(as Ian Wright was there then) Hillier or Davis. I think Thomas was at liverpool then. so basically jesper choose one and say he wore it so obviously Davis.
