Spurs Great Home Support

Post by Connolly55 »

So, Wednesday is Spurs's first ever Champions League home game against a poor Twente side. Will be packed to the brim, loads of atmosphere, couldn't get a ticket for love nor money......or will it?

Their game has gone to general sale. What an absolute joke of a club, and it makes me laugh when they bang on about how good their home support is.

That's shocking.

60,000 seater stadium? You're having a laugh.

(Oh, and the CL too).

Up there with the other much fabled "great supporters" of Liverpool who had 18,000 of their own super fans in the ground against Northampton, sub 30k vs Steaua and empty seats for all home League games so far

It's not our first ever CL home game. And we have an additional 22,000 seats.

Quite, nor do we claim to have fantastic support or have a media bandwagon that blags on about the great atmosphere at places like WHL, Anfield and St James Park (another place where you can hear a pin drop at 0-1 down and who pulled crowds as low as 12,000 in the late 80s, early 90s)

Sp*rs fans will all leave the stadium as soon as they're trailing by two goals.

It's a lot of money to pay for 45 minutes of football. :D

I don't know what price they normally charge but the cheapest seat I could see for sale was for £56 and some were £76. I think they may have put prices up for the CL.

I'm amazed you can still buy a ticket. Shaktar may be on General Sale but it will be sold out well before the match.
