3 yawns for Arsene - hip, hip, Zzzzzzzzzz

All the old chestnuts are out on Arse.com today ahead of the Chavs game.

Wenger - Sunday will show our title strength

Wenger - Strength is not all-important

‘I’d welcome new financial rules tomorrow’

Some of my favourite snippets from the articles

"What for you is physical strength?â€

He didn't really say that about Drogba and Toure did he?

I hope someone pointed out Kolo may have been advantaged this year by the presence of Hart, Kompany, De Jong, Yaya, Barry, a defensively minded tactical manager who packed the midfield in place of having to offer up Denilson versus Essien/Ballack/Lampard. Hmmmm....

Exactly what I was gonna say, when you have 3 quality defensive midfielders you can restrict Chelsea. When you have our midfield, a nursery school kid could fight his way through!
Wenger is such a mug, for years he bigs up this team talking about 'Strength and desire' but we don't have much strength, our desire appears when the players want it to and the quality just isn't there. Wenger has been buffing some of these turds for years and they just won't shine!!

I spotted this quote too:

"The fans want big players on the pitch and they want to win football games - I can understand that. But I'm responsible for the future of the Club."

Why is he responsible for the future of the club though? Wasn't he brought in simply to manage the team? Why has he appointed himself this role? Who told him that his job is to be responsible for the future of the club?

It's something I often hear him say, but I've only now actually questioned it.

“How can you explain how Spain won the World Cup and Barcelona beat Chelsea in the Champions League? Football is not only down to physique. It's down to intelligence, technique, mobility. There is not one way. That's what makes it interesting"

Football is about intelligence is it ?? Then explain to me why we are still having to look at brainless *word censored* like diaby on a regular basis then :? And while we are at it can you explain the bit to me about mobility cos alex song sure as hell has fcuk all of it either  Finally arsene the bit about having more than one way to win is the part that I find most laughable.....it is one of the biggest black spots on your cv that you only have one way to win in your locker and do not have a Plan B and so cannot adapt when things are not going well (too many examples of this to go into detail   ) so please dont tell us that there is more than one way to win cos you seem to be the only person around that seems unaware of this fact or unable to impliment this

I am sorry, I know that arsene wenger has done a hell of a lot for this club but he is sounding a bigger *word censored* with every passing day and I doubt if even people with learning disorders (and I mean no offence to anybody in that situation) would believe what he is trying to sell anymore  :banghead:

I cringe whenever Arsene opens his mouth.

Some of our performances are bad enough but he seems to be disconnected from reality. After every poor performance he trots out the same tired old excuses and tries to blow sunshine up the arses of his under-performing players.

Arsene clearly finds it hard to accept any kind of criticism and because of that, he stubbornly sticks to plans that aren't working or need amending. We don't want excuses and platitudes Arsene - we want you to fix the all too obvious problems. Especially as we are still so close to being able to match (and even beat) Man Ure and Chelsea.

I am just baffled as to how the man that extended the careers of the Back Four and gave us -
Vieira / Petit / Overmars / Henry / Gilberto / Pires / Edu / Lauren

can now give us -

Almunia / Flappy / Bender / Denilson / Diaby / Eboue / Song

And I'm baffled as to how he can accept so many lazy, careless performances from the same players.

You use the word c*!ts quite freely  but on this occasion you only name one c*!t ( singular ) if you'd care to name the other players that lack intelligence ( ironic coming from one of your lot  ) that'd be great.

Alex Song is indeed very mobile. His co-ordination, agility, balance and all round awareness, as well as his technique are all excellent.

And the last highlighted sentence could well be attributed to your self.

If you are going to pick holes in players be sure to know what you're talking about, rather than go on a senseless, uninformed, uneducated bitter rant

:coffeespit: Ha ha ha!! Alex Song? Mobile? Compared to a supertanker maybe. He's a good player but nothing more - not a patch on Essien / De Jong / van Bommel / Mascherano / Sneijder / Alonso / Busquets.

And what do you mean by "One of your lot"? Someone that doesn't just swallow all of Arsene's bullshit perhaps??

Face facts mate - Arsenal have gone backwards since 2004 due to the same mistakes being made over and over again. Complacent, careless players lacking hunger - all of whom are brought to the Club and rewarded massively by Arsene.

How else do you explain Wigan (a) 2-3, Blackburn (a) 1-2, West Brom (h) 2-3, Hull City (h) 1-2 and all the defeats to Man Ure and Chelsea?

Money maybe - or lack of it and a lack of footballing ambiton throughout the club because of that lack of money.

Shiort of that the manager may be deranged or taking bribes form other top clubs, or have a serious brain injury.

Of course if these thins are visible to uis surely their are visible to the man's employers. What are the odds everyone at our club suddenly became deranged or our taking bribes from other clubs or have have serious brain injuries?

"taking bribes from other clubs"

to say there is some sort of collusion amongst clubs on who wins each season is ridiculous.

The players you've named may well be bigger, stronger and more experienced but the key word mentioned was ' mobility :banghead: ' of which I think only Sneijder comes close.
And the losses you mention are exactly that, 'losses', and every team has them . I'd like to know the time frame over which these losses came. I'm sure you'll find we don't lose that often but when we do, the easilty-rattled, under commited supporter pipes up claiming they know best with only the 'interest of the club' at heart. My backside :banghead: . It's pure self interest and glory hunting. If you've got nothing good to say, say nothing

I was being sarcastic - as in you couldn't have set us back anymore if you were an agent of another club.

Do you have a link - if you do I think we have every right and reason to ask what's going on. After all Keith Edelman suggested exactly the opposite back when we signed Jose Reyes.

EDIT - I found it - it confirms the Board and manager have deliberately lied to the supporters and destroyed the m,ost successful Arsenal team ever solely to enrich themsleves anyione who says otherwise simply does not want to admit they trusted people they should not have.
