I seriously doubt that the Arsenal 49'ers run will ever be beaten.
I could be wrong though.Stranger things have happened!

By the way Stearmaster, I reckon there's a very good chance you've just jinxed us.
If we lose against Bolton, I am holding YOU personally responsible.

You have been warned !

NO NO NO

Who have we played yet that we consider a good team.the only difference this year is we are winning games we should do, not drawing them.dont get carried away.In George Grahams first season we went 25 games unbeaten and we ended up finishing 4th behind the Spuds

the team doesn't need this talk of equaling/surpassing the invicibles .. means nothing for now. We just want to win the league, thank you very much.

so, to end the argument, no the current team dont have what it takes to equal/surpass the invicibles

I think the premier league is even harder than when we set the record. With teams like Sunderland/Fulham spending £20+ in the summer every game is that bit harder and I can still see us losing a couple on the road. I dont care how many games we lose/win or draw as long as we're back where we belong at the end of the season..We'll talk about invincibles once we've got a trophy.

There's is no reason why it can't be done again although the permier league is alot harder now than it was back in 2003/04.
It's far two early to be talking about it anyway so DON'T!

Maybe in a coupple of years if we keep this squad together.

This season, I can only hope but I'm not 100% sure.

OH MY GOD!! THIS HAS JUST OFFICIALLY BECOME THE STUPIDEST THREAD EVER!!! WE ARE JUST 8 GAMES INTO A 38 GAMES SEASON AND YOU'RE ALREADY TALKING ABOUT INVINCIBLES!!

BY ALL MEANS START A THREAD LIKE THIS IF WE ARE 30 OR SO GAMES UNBEATEN, BUT NOW? STEARMASTER, AM I RIGHT IN PRESUMING YOU ARE ONE OF OUR YOUNGER SUPPORTERS? I ONLY ASK BECAUSE YOUR OPTIMISM AND NAIVITY SHINE THROUGH IN ALMOST ALL YOUR POSTS. SOMETIMES THAT CAN BE A GOOD THING, BUT IN THIS CASE....

STEARMASTER, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR MATEY AND STOP BUYING IN TO ALL THE MEDIA BULL-SHIT!! TRUST ME, IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF PAIN AND DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE LONG RUN.

The reason why the Media are talking about it! is so that they set us up for a fall!
Hopefully Arsenal wont believe the hype what the 2bob press are printing at the moment!

one minute papers are predicting 5th or 6th place for us because of losing Henry and not signing enough players in the region of 20 million like the other so called big 4 or as the sun said the big 5 (as they where including Tottenham) hahahaha.
and now all of a sudden we are unbeatable! I dont think any Gooner is thinking this is our year just yet we may be top come christmas and then we will assess the situation then!
THis is October and as History suggest always our blip month with Liverpool away coming up it might happen again lets enjoy it for the moment but lets not get ahead of ourselves just yet.

The league is tougher then it has been for awhile, we still have November to get through, tricky away games and since I doubt we will win the league (I predicted second at the start of the season and I stick by it), no, we won't be the invincibles.

I don't think we will see such an achivment in the Premiership for decades to come

I'M NOT SURE IF 'IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN' THOUGH. CHELSEA ONLY LOST ONE GAME A COUPLE OF YEARS BACK AND REMEMBER THAT ARSENAL THEMSELVES ONLY LOST ONE LEAGUE GAME (IRONICALLY, CHELSEA AWAY :x ) IN THE 1990/91 TITLE WINNING SEASON.

Did Stearmaster start this as a joke? All of this talk is the last thing the team needs.

As I've said numerous times on here before; this isn't Championship Manager. So therefore, as to whether or not we are or can be invincible again; who cares?! If we win the league by losing 15 games I'll be happy.

Why can't some of you just enjoy all of this while it lasts without getting so unbelievably carried away? It serves to achieve nothing.
