Sugar - that scum guy

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Also said that although Spurs have planning permission, it comes with many caveats inserted by the council that if followed through, will cost the club an additional £35m!!! :coffeespit: :coffeespit: :coffeespit:

That was well known tbf. It was the historical society that had the issues with the initial planning bid.

35m, whilst small perhaps in the grand scheme of things if added to the already huge costs of constructing a new stadium, its a big blow to them :)

I think they may have to ground share the Olympic Stadium with West Ham.

Which really means my council tax has gone towards constructing their new stadium

They'll effectively live in a council house then. Nice.

If they do move to East London we will be able to rip the piss out of them mercilessly. I assume they'll change their name to Stratford Hotspur.
