Louis Theroux in Lagos - Sponsored by Arsenal?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Louis Theroux in Lagos - Sponsored by Arsenal?

Post by frankbutcher »

I think I've seen about 20 guys in Arsenal shirts during this episode alone. Gazidis must be creaming himself....

The Kanu ripple effect , Gazidis should be still kissing his oversized gargantuan boots

Wasn't that Nigerian businessman, Dan something or other interested in
buying into the club as well . Nigeria could be for us what Japan is to Man Ure.

$1,142 - GDP (nominal) per capita in Nigeria
$41,366 - GDP (nominal) per capita in Japan

Unless Dan Brown is a twelve year old boy in shorts , those pictures will never sell

Anyone seen the trailer for a film called Africa United? The main character seems to be a little kid running around in an Arsenal shirt.

radford suggests that they are probably snide shirts anyway, more than likely £2 a pop

I watched a programme on sky about pirates with ross kemp. I think it was in Somalia but at the end of the programme they showed a "next week" trailer. Im not too sure where they were going but it showed a small motor boat, with a few "pirates" in it, with "Eboue 27" painted on the engine/motor at the back. He's everywhere! :barscarf:
