Arsenal Online - Please help!!

Post by Chadez »

I upgraded the operating system on my computer to Windows7 and not I cannot play any of the Arsenal TV videos on demand. I keep getting the following error message:

Unable to deliver the license. Your system's DRM component appears to be corrupted.

For instructions on how to resolve this issue please refer to our Frequently asked questions page, section Licence delivery error: Parameter is incorrect.

I have tried to follow the instruction in the FAQs but the links are outdated. I can view all live videos as well as the free videos but none of the videos that require license delivery. Please help!

an alternative would be to download the quictime movie player and inter the url of the video you are trying to watch and it will play directly from source. none of this rights management bullshit windows are so anal about.
