Well Done Ipswich!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Well Done Ipswich!

Post by Rob Admin »

Well done Ipswich, a thoroughly deserved vistory.

More desire
More passion
More fight
More application
More goalsMore hope

Cmpared to our over-paid spoilt bunch of wankers who thought they just had to turn up and the goals would flow.

Make no mistake, they will score at the Emirates - this is very much an up hill battle with no away goals. Couple this with the trip to Leeds and we could be going out of both cup competitions to lower league sides.

This Arsenal side surprises me less and less - defeat is routine and dross like tonight is becoming more and more frequent. To a lesser extent like the end of Graham's reign.

West Ham away on Saturday? Keep dreaming Wenger.

Still, not quite as annoying as you referring to them as Ipswitch.

Bad timing for us, I think.

Stuffed 7-0 in the FACup....pride is hurt. New manager....every player wants to impress him.

This doesn't excuse our inept performance, of course.

You're not wrong there.....! Anyway, Paul Jewell doesn't officially take over the team until Saturday....

In previous years away goals only counted after extra time ??? Hopefully ??

Sorry Jamie - will call you Thursday.

Ipswitch - fuck knows where that came from. Perhaps a freudian slip? - switch a few players, switch the boss, switch the tactics, switch arshavin off!
