A load of Ballacks?
A load of Ballacks?
Didier Drogba has allegedly come out today and claimed that Ballack made the wrong decision in joining Chelsea because they 'rely on individuals' and he is a team player. He went on to say the he would ahve been better suited at Arsenal or Manchester United.
So, with an open mind, and bearing in mind that players can have a shit season at one club and then go back to being world class at another, what would you think to Selling Gilberto in January and having a Centre Midfield of the Cesc Pistol and Ballack?!
Obviously only if the Flanimal hit a bad patch of form!
Now I'm not saying either way but he would bring valuable experience and can score goals but on the other hand he could mix thingsup and hinder the likes of Diaby in their progress...discuss

What's the point? We already have Flamini, Diarra and Denilson to partner Cesc, so letting Gilberto go without replacing him is already fine.
As has been said many times before, there are much stronger arguments for getting a GK, CB, left winger or a forward than adding to our CM riches. Still less justification for getting an expensive moody bastard.
So, in conclusion, no, even if it were even vaguely realistic.

AH YOU SEE, THAT'S WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN GOING WRONG TONY!!tonysaunders wrote:Fuck Ballack. Fuck him right in the ear.

TO BE SERIOUS FOR A MOMENT, BALLACK IS ANOTHER ATTACKING MIDFIELDER AND IN YOUR VERY SICK SENERIO OF HIM BEING A GOONER, WOULD HAVE TO PLAY AT THE EXPENSE OF CESC NOT WITH HIM. THAT'S WHY THERE WERE PROBLEMS LAST SEASON AT CHELSEA - BOTH HE AND LAMPARD ARE ATTACKING MIDFIELDERS VYING FOR THE SAME PLACE ALONGSIDE MAKELELI/OBI AND ESSEN IN A 3 MAN CENTRAL MIDFIELD.
ANYWAY, AS SOMEONE HAS ALREADY SAID, HE IS TOO OLD AND EARNS TOO MUCH! A FEW YEARS AGO MAYBE, BUT NOT NOW. AND ANYWAY, DO WE REALLY NEED ANOTHER GERMAN PRIMA-DONNA AT THE CLUB?
