Will we play in our home kit in Camp Nou?

Will we play in our home kit in Camp Nou?

Post by Batflyer »

I just watched some YouTube videos of last years game in Camp Nou and I was wondering why we didn't play in our home kit. I don't think anyone would've had a problem to perceive the two kits if we would play in red and white.

Thankfully, the horrible red sleeves are gone, so I guess that our shirt is even easier to perceive from Barça's shirt. Visitors are not always obliged to play in away colours (see Porto last season).

So does anyone know if we might get to play in our home kit in Camp Nou? Would be great! :barscarf:

Will be yellow with yellow shorts i'd imagine? Given that Barca's home shorts are pretty much the same colour as our maroon away ones...

I'd say the two home kits are too similar, and seeing as how our third kit is a similar blue to that in Barca's home kit it's pretty safe to say we'll be wearing our yellow away kit with the horrible yellow shorts (as Dan_85 pointed out).

Yeah quite simple really there red clashes with ours. :?

Off topic: Did anyone notice that Citeh and Birmingham both played in there respective blue kits the other night. I know that one's dark and the other light but thought it were odd.
Also both wore white shorts.

Personally i'd suggest wearing Barcelona shirts, that way we might have a chance of getting the ball off them. :D

The reason I ask this is the fact that both Barcelona's home kit and ours have changed. Our red is lighter than last year and theirs seem to be darker. And it looks like their shirt has got more blue in it now. So I think the two kits are less similar to each other than last year.

But its two types of red so there's a clash of colours.

Surely there's more to worry about than what we'll be wearing...maybe like how we're gonna contain Messi!!

Also, we would wear our away shirt to market it and people will wear it IF we beat Barca!
