West Brom Away Travel And Pub

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

West Brom Away Travel And Pub

Post by AA23Northbank »

A lot of people on here don't seem to be going to Leyton Orient and after Wembley, unless we get an away 6th round cup draw (providing we beat Orient of course! :D ) our next away day is West Brom! For those going by train I'd suggest book an early train to Birmingham New Street (and save some money!) and drink in Brum; I'll be likely heading to the Square Peg Wetherspoons, which is a short walk from New Street and not far from Birmingham Moor Street. From Moor Street you take a short train to The Hawthorns, and for going back go to Moor Street and take the short (signposted!) walk to New Street! Happy days!

Hopefully will see some of you lot up there as well! :barscarf: :D

Really? If so, this away trip may be cancelled.

Given the severe lack of watering holes around the Hawthorns, there is none if I remember correctly, the only drinking joints are in birmingham but Villa play host to Wolves the same day at 3pm :x
