Bendtner could be the key

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Bendtner could be the key

Post by jrthgooner »

As hard as it is to believe I am saying that (I am not one of those who thinks he is crap but nor do I believe he is a world beater) but he will be playing against 2 centre backs that are not centre backs!!

If we get the ball into the box and he can attack it he could do some damage, it is a lot of if's and but's, lets just hoipe he can do it for us.

He played in the Nou Camp last season when Puyol and Piquet were missing.Think the score was 4-1

If we depend on him to score goals, we will be doomed

You're right, Bendtner is the key.

Him not playing = the key.

Not a big fan of Bendtner, but there are at least 5 I would leave out ahead of him.
Eboue
Denilson
Diaby
Rosicky
Chamakh
