Breaking on SSN - AW press conference

Breaking on SSN - AW press conference

Post by Belfast Boy »

AW sez we will be asking the Premier League for permission to sign a new keeper on loan and already knows who he wants and has come out fighting over the sending off saying that UEFA were wrong to charge him and instead should show some humility rather than charging people when they've done nothing wrong and should instead realise there's been a mistake made which killed a high profile and interesting tie!

I'd pay to see Almunia's face right now  When Wenger doesn't trust you then you know you're beyond rubbish

Only we would have 5 goalkeepers on the books and still have an injury crisis!!!

I know that given our medical staffing/diagnosis issues this could be a stupid question but what is the official diagnosis and how long will chesney be out for ?

Bet they're all handing in transfer requests as we speak.

Who's gonna leave their club in march that's any good

Just watched on ATVO! I tell you what, whatever people say about him not buying this that and the other, I am so proud with the way he acts and talks about us! Absolute model professional, and stands up and protects his players at every single turn!!! He's had a right go at UEFA! Then you look at y*ds and manure manager. One swears on live telly and is a 'right old' wheeler dealer, and the other publicly comes out to beg shrek to stay, sayin he wants away, and kicks boots in his players heads if they lose! Embarrisment!!

One Arsene Wenger!

Come on Augie, you have enough experience of Arsenal injuries to know he will miss the rest of the season.
This loan signing will act as cover for Al.

Reporter asked him but he refused to name names, and he also initially asked for an apology saying that not only did the decision frustrate the club but ruined the tie for every neutral who loves football.

When the reporter reminded him about our lack of shots on target he said straightaway I can guarantee there's no way it would've stayed that way 11 against 11 as Barca apart from the 35yd free kick that injured Chesney and of course the injury time goal had only 1 shot on target in the 1st half!

And reckoned the ref knew he was killing the game when he dismissed RvP and also heavily indicated that the ref was no angel in the tunnel himself

Augie........... Chesney has to see a specialist in order to get that answer

Agreed. I’d be amazed if it’s anything but cover to sit on the bench with Almunia still number 1 till Szczesny comes back.
