as in a source close to said. its a cop out as they cant say a person said something if they have not and could be sued, so they use these terms to get around it,
A source close to................suggests that they actually have spoken to someone even if it is the brother of the unkle of the cousin twice removed of the janiter.
to me understands............... means its a wild pop.
