RVP and Diaby, Lehmann - Assistant Manager

Post by Arsenal 1991 »

Apparently these two had to be pulled apart because RVP was angry about Diaby's yellow card!
Good to see some players showing some bite!

Also Jack said that Jens has been giving team talks and is like an assistant manager!

The best thing about Sunday was seeing Lehmann taking Diaby to the cleaners for not picking up the correct man at a corner. Shortly after Diaby got his stupid yellow, and both Cesc and RvP had a go at him. This was just before half time, so I can believe the 'half time bust up' story.

Is there anyone out there who would not have a go at Diaby?

I'm all for it.

Diaby = Talent without brains and application.

We should have better.

This is what we need, one or two standing up and taking charge, Diaby getting bollocked is long over due.

I was proud as fuck watching the mad german shouting at his team. For fuck sake Wenger do you now see how valuable it is to have a leader. Even Jack came out and said it

Bloody marvellous that was to watch, he cost of dear several times this season. Only have to look at J.W., as if how to play.

Was absolutely fantastic seeing Lehmann, RvP and Cesc have a go at him like that, even if Lehmann doesn't play another game this season I'd say keep him on the bench so he can keep inputting some of that passion into the side.

What i don't get is why Wenger didn't learn from this when we had Sol back last year, you could see that he has easily the most passionate and determined out of the lot of them and we are seeing the same here. We need a proper leader on the pitch.

Yeah was good to see Cesc as well give him a clip round the head when Diaby did that, that was the stupidest yellow card I have ever seen. Considering Blackpool are dangerous at set pieces we looked far more assured with Lehmann back there ranting and raving at everyone where they should be...if Chesney isn't back please keep him in goal for the rest of the season

It's the value of having a senior pro at the club, plums like Diaby will respect and listen to them.

Obviously it is there for all to see.

Diaby is the most brainless player I've ever seen at this club.

It was so good to see someone having a go at our defensive players. In Diaby's case, had he had the right guidance on the pitch over the last few seasons he could've have become a decent player. That's where the Wenger project fell down. He was trying to build a house without foundations.
