OMG the club gave me a tickets refund

anyone remember the carling cup game when the ticket barriers went bad and no one could get in i wrote to the club and bitched about it and got a refund..... i've tried this before when the barriers have failed and never got a response, this time i got a letter thanking me for all my years of suport and a cheque, might frame it, its all the club have given me back this season.

i got a refund this season as well i was pretty shocked. it was the braga away game and with the flights being cancelled due to the Portuguese airport strikes i thought id try my luck and they didnt even question it :)

I went to Wembley on February 27th and watched a load of Arsenal players on strike. Can I get a refund?
