Le boss has said on the club site this afternoon that he will only buy one player in January

there's now a story on F365 that Inter want super Tom for Â£10m and we are going to sell cos we have Luka Modric lined up!!!

cant believe anything on that site,, modric is set for munich by all accounts,,
we have learned from past that any arsenal transfer will prob not be in the press anyway before its completed

surely we need a new central defender for when toure is away.
senderos may not be up to it yet and eboue is untried at prem level.

Eboue will be away with Toure i think so he def. isnt an option not sure id want him there anyway.... Senderos isnt up to it either so i could see Gilberto being asked to play there

I have a sneaky feeling that might be the position Wenger is (maybe) talking about. He wants to bring Fabianski through, and I can't see him selling both Almunia and Lehmann, so I can't see him bringing in another goalkeeper. Right back is fine, as is left back. Central midfield is ridiculous and he seems to be in love with Adebayor, so I can't see him buying a striker.

Therefore, I'm guessing it will be a centre back seeing as King Kolo is fucking off in January. Still, I'd like us to sign a fucking awesome winger. Someone on the Overmars mould who will scare the shit out of defenders.
