Looks bad and Cesc should have known better, but the club should have told him it was his place to be with his club yesterday..No doubt he will be in Wembley next Saturday for Champions League Final..

A truly great player but AW made a huge mistake making him captain. It may have helped persuade him to stay but in every other respect it's backfired.

His programme notes from last week stated that he won't be there, but on (yet another) holiday instead. Still, injured or not he should have been told in no uncertain terms that as captain he should have been at yesterday's game. I'm sure his jaunt to Catalonia could have waited 24 hours or so...

If I told my boss I was sick and he find out a picture of me in spain at a GP on a work day, I'm not sure it would go down very well for me...

We were wondering after last summer saga between Cesc and Barca if he would still be as committed this season as the last one. I know I've made my mind up!

Hmmmm, well Wenger doesn't give a shit who is captain if you see who he has given the armband to over the last few seasons when either Cesc or Gallas weren't fit, newcomers, useless *word censored* no one has been exempt, anyway, Cesc should have been fucked off last summer.

i was surprised when i saw the club captain didnt attend our final game of the season, people can defend him all they want saying he was injured etc but as captain of our football club i find it disgusting that he went away to a bloody grand prix instead of trying to get his club into 3rd place by showing commitment ,support and maybe even giving a team talk before the game,

a bloody disgrace

Burnt my bridges with fabregas when he was having a love-in with Xavi, Inesta & et al in the tunnel before the match in the Nou Camp..should have been substituted before he got on the pitch !! Really ,really don't care where he goes, & that includes that shower of shit up the road,get the money, get rid & spend it some persons who will be proud to wear the shirt
