Percy - diet or no diet?

We all know Percy is a tad chubbed up from his pie addiction. But what if he tried to change from his current weight;

We have had a internet geek photoshop what Percy might look like if he lost some of the fat (let's say half the man boobs and maybe two of the chins) and went a bit "sporty";

So fat bastard or clumsy chubby sports geek?
