city offer nasri 180k a week

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

city offer nasri 180k a week

Post by mikeyb772001 »

city just made a 20 mil bid and 180k a week for nasri

On talksport news

Manchester City are planning a sensational £20million swoop for Arsenal star Samir Nasri.
Eastlands boss Roberto Mancini has turned his attention to Nasri after missing out on Chilean winger Alexis Sanchez, and is prepared to offer him a massive pay deal of £180,000 a week to persuade him to move to the north-west.
Arsene Wenger is desperate to keep the midfield ace at the Emirates, partcularly as it looks as though Cesc Fabregas is on his way to Barcelona.
But Nasri, who has just one year left on his current deal, is looking for a bumper pay packet to stay at the Emirates and the Gunners may be forced to cash in now rather than lose him for nothing next summer.
Manchester United are still monitoring the situation, but the 24-year old’s representatives have already held talks with City.

Talk sport!!!

You've let yourself down, you've let the forum down....

We will never be able to match city financially, if his motive is money then fair play, just hope he doesn't try to say otherwise..

talksport or twitter? Both could be full of sh1t.

180k, well who can compete with that. Thats the situation we're in now, if its cash he wants then his choice will be easy.

He's a great player and Citeh don't exactly need Clichy.

Anyway £20M for a player in the last year of his contract?! :?

Football is changing or has changed. It did when we were signing players for big money in the 30's and went on to dominate or when Forest broke the 1 million pound barrier for Trevor Francis and went on to win leagues and European Cups......

Go with it or get left behind. Get the chequebook out Silent Stan
