I joined this site with the hope of finding like minded Gooners, you know guys that love Arsenal come hell or high water. Guys that actually support the team. Guys that realise that there is more to being a fan than just watching the medals roll in. Guys that are proud of the way our Club is run. Proud of the way we are still hanging in there despite sugar daddies throwing MILLIONS even BILLIONS of pounds of un earnt dosh at other clubs. But what do I find ? A bunch of whingeing whineing ungrateful fair weather, I hesitate to use the word, fans, doing nothing but gripe, gripe and gripe some more. Jeeeez, I thought it was bad on 606 but you lot take the biscuit. And this is supposed to be a site for are SUPPORTERS. If all your expectations of a football team/club are that they throw insane, unsustainable, crippling amounts of money about, in our case money we havn't got (relative to the afore mentioned I mean) then you are sad sad sad. And dont come out with that rubbish about 'we charge the most for tickets' or 'we have got the money' because that is utter bull. In the first instant, yes we do charge high prices but WHYS THAT? Because if we at least want to try to compete we have to raise the money somehow. WE HAVN'T got and most DON'T WANT a sugar Daddy therefore you and I have to pay for the ridiculously over inflated Wages and transfer fees that have been caused by the sugar Daddys in the first place. And sencondly yes of course we have money but relative to Chelsea City and even UTD? Do me a favour. And while I'm talking of favours why don't you do yourself one, and go and support the National bank of Russia or the Saudia oil barons as you seem to love money so much!!!

Yes we may charge the highest prices and be listed in the top ten of Forbes richest sports clubs but how dare you bastards complain about us net spending less than Stoke/Sunderland and many others over the past ten years.

I am with Jambug! Viva the superfan. We don't financially compete with anyone on transfers

We don't buy Cahill or Samba for 12-15m because we can't compete with Gazprom paying 50m for Torres. It all makes sense now.

Going by the negative responses it seems most of you, so far at least, disagree. Which at least confirms what I thought which is this board is infested with SUN reading TALK SPORT listening IAN WRIGHT loving neg heads. If just ONE of you can explain how or why you expect Arsenal to finnish above Chelseas, with over a BILLION of UNEARNT Â£Â£Â£Â£Â£Â£ thrown at them. City with similar and UTD with similar. Give me one sane, logical reason we should finnish above any of them, rather than just whingeing and whineing as to the fact we dont and then perhaps I might get to see at least an inkling of where you are coming from!! Or if you are a real person and not a Manc WUM, then know full well that this site is full of people who are as dyed-in-the-wool Gooners as you can find anywhere.

Many have had season tickets for years and have followed Arsenal around England and overseas at great expense, because with respect to everyone this site, I do not believe any of us are "rich".

But know that fans on this site have supported Arsenal like myself from Terry Neil days or like others from Bertie Mee or Billy Wright (or in Olgit's case, from Herbert Chapman) days and we know for sure that even without a sugar daddy owner, there is no excuse in the likes of Denilson, Squillachi, Diaby, Eboue playing for us.
Especially when ticket prices have risen, and people are suffering forced pay cuts and redundancies.

And if you think people on this site are stupid then you are well off the mark because amongst regular posters, most are of high intelligence and have a very good sense of humour.

If it was deliberate you could be accused of having a sense of humour but alas your post comes across as very offensive, why insult posters here, from what I have read of the replies here no one insulted you.

No people donâ€™t complain about not finishing above man u, city and Chelsea, or about not winning trophies.

They complain because the manager has done nothing to address the same inherent failings that have been present for about 4years, notably, but not limited to the gk situation and the centre of defence.

They complain because the very same manager refuses to admit that these weaknesses even exist and doesnâ€™t learn from his past mistakes, i.e. the inevitable collapse in feb/march.

They complain because the club pays big wages to unproven and never will be good enough players, and has the 2nd highest wage bill in the country then pleads poverty (in fact this isn't true as the club consistently say there is a significant transfer kitty to spend) and the mager continues with clearly not good enough players to the detriment of results (alumunia for many seasons anyone???)

They complain because the manger refuses to use all the resources available to him (I'm talking about the ring fenced transfer funds that he has had for the past few seasons) to make his team as good as they could be.

Please attempt to argue any of these points. I doubt you will though as you simply can't. if you don't even try, simply f off back to some other band wagon you jumped on circa 97/98.

Whilst Chelsea and Man City may have the billions with Man Utd always able to spend large I could guarantee that neither of the those three clubs would pay

Â£52k per week to Bendtner
Â£60k per week to Walcott
Â£40k per week to Denilson
Â£50k per week to Diaby

There is a small part of the problem. Not that millions we don't have, have to be spent to try and keep up with the other clubs. Just that what we do have has to be spent correctly.

Another problem not related to billionaire sugar daddys is the inability to find defensive stability within the club. A good Keown-ish defensive coach wouldn't cost a lot and I for one feel the impact could be worth as much as 10-12 points a season.

And a third just to compound the ridiculousness of your post. The signing of feeble, spineless, quit at the first sign of adversery mother fuckers coming down to a man earning Â£7m a year. Probably more or equal to Ferguson, Mancini or Villas-Boas now.

But anyway on to the more important questions your introduction to this forum has risen,

How's the dogging hotspots down in Worcester Park?

Do you have a sister and if so have you any pictures of her?

Is your wife/girlfriend off on holiday without you anytime soon?
