We may get that World Class Forward After all

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger claimed the Dane could even stay at the club, despite Bendtner going on TV last week to plead for a move.

Wenger smiled: "In his interview Bendtner, said he was gone. But I checked, and he's not gone at all!

"I promised I'd let him go if he found the right club and that hasn't changed. When I make a promise, I keep it.

"But if he doesn't find the right opportunity, he'll stay and fight for his place like everybody else. He looks sharp in training."

He will be like a new signing

FFS although when you look at it a different way the mass exodus that's happening at the moment is a poor reflection on Wenger's (mis)management, so I can, unfortunately see this *word censored* staying!!! :banghead:

I wonder what the results would be if we play Bendtner up front with Van Persie in the #10 role! He's not as good as Tevez but he's neither Ade Akinbiyi as well! He was wasted last year in the right wing when the year before he scored crucial goals for us!

This is just laughable. Bendtner hasn't played an Arsenal game for three months, all summer long he's only been busy finding a new club and suddenly he 'could be involved' in a crucial CL qualifying game.
