Armoury Square Fading fast

Armoury Square Fading fast

Post by butcher boy »

I was shocked to see last night many of the bricks with the wording very faded, especially the white ones.

Only been down 18 months yet they were surposed to be ten yearss minimum.

Any one know if AFC are aware and planning a repair job

I don't know and I don't care. I never wasted money on that  clearly the club didn't factor in 58,159 fans walking all over them.

If you want to actually be able to read the wording on your stone there will be an additional charge of £499. Per year. Cheques payable to "PHW Cigar & Brandy Fund".

You cant blame the club for that.......it was "special circumstances" that have led to this deterioration

Funny enough a few weeks back I was walking by the Millennium Stadium, I noticed their named squares have faded badly. My wife wanted to buy a block outside the Armoury with the Twins names on I phoned her to tell her not to bother.
