Seb Larsson

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Very classy player. A great example of how technique always outshines age.

Yep, a class act. Why did Wenger let him go only to torture us with Denilson and Diaby all these years? :?

Wouldn't mind to see Seb back at Arsenal at some point.

He wasn't the greatest when he did play for us, in fairness. But the potential was there.

Also, I always thought his style didn't fit in with our robotic tippy tappy passy pass pass "style" of monotonous "football". Maybe Lord Vader couldn't control him and decided to get rid.

Would also say he hasn't exactly set the PL alight every week either. Most players raise their game against their old club. I'd say Seb is a good footballer but not ultimately a great one. But better than Song, Diaby, Vela, Duhnilson etc? Deffo.

Appreciated the muted celebration, if I had netted a free kick like that I would have gone twice as mental as RvP did when he netted the winner

Missed the boat in the summer when he was a free agent I believe, would definately have been a decent squad addition.

Was appalled that there was booing when he was subbed off on Sunday.

He was an Arsenal man, didn't leave with any controversy, forged his way into a PL side, scored an amazing goal and didn't celebrate.

And the Emirates tossers boo him off. It's reasons like that why I simply can't go to the place anymore. Fucking wankers - certainly not the same fans I grew up with at Highbury.

Would have been a very good addition to the squad...on a seperate subject..How many ex Arsenal players have scored against us in the Premier League.?..I make it four. Larrson, Anelka, Adewhore and Bentley...

I used to be so proud of the fact that ex-Gooners always got a great reception when they came back to Highbury with their new side. It showed a bit of class from us the supporters. But now it seems they all get booed at The Conglomerates. What type of wanky new JCL cuntohs have we attracted? And why haven't they all fucked off yet?
